AUTT 2122 Auto 5: Transmission Repair Lab

Prerequisite

AUTT 2111 and AUTT 2112 with a grade of C or better in each; or instructor approval - must be completed prior to taking this course.

Pre Co Requisite

MATH 1240 - must be taken either prior to or at the same time as this course.

Recommended

AUTT 2121 - recommended at the same time as this course, but not required.

Course Description

Students apply the fundamentals covered by AUTT 2121 through hands-on experience and master the following skills: diagnosis and repair of manual and automatic transmissions, clutches, differentials, drive shafts, axle shafts, and driveline vibrations causes and controls. Students may take this course concurrently with AUTT 2121.
