While every possible step has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the catalog, sometimes minor changes must be made throughout the year that are in the interest of the students or the College. These are the course updates and changes made online after the publication of the 2017-2018 catalog.  

COURSE UPDATES AND/OR CHANGES:

6/15/17 - Course Description Change  

FINA 1300 - Introduction to Investments   (pg. 280 in the print catalog)

This beginning course in investments presents a review of introductory concepts specific to risk and return, stocks, mutual funds, bonds, and personal portfolio construction and management.  

6/15/17 - Change in course Prerequisites

CHRM 2125 - Casual Dining    (pg. 247 in the print catalog)

Prerequites: (3) CHRM 1020, CHRM 1030 and CHRM 1035 or CHRM 1120 or CHRM 1130 or CHRM 1150 or CHRM 1210 - must be completed prior to taking this course.

MATH 1420 - College Algebra    (pg. 321 in the print catalog)

Prerequisites should read as follows: (1) Within one year prior to beginning the course, completion of MATH 1310 with a grade of C or better, or within one year placement via the MCC placement test, or within two years placement via a Math ACT score.
