Course Description

This course examines installing, configuring, and maintaining a website using WordPress. Students perform a manual installation of WordPress on a Linux server and an automated installation of WordPress using an application installer script library on a public website hosted on a commercial webhost. Students are introduced to basic PHP programming concepts in order to facilitate an introduction to working with WordPress internals.
