Prerequisite should read: (2) All baking and pastry program option courses are completed or in progress; and instructor approval
9/10/15 - LAWS 1110 - Litigation (p. 341)
Prerequisite should read: (1) LAWS 1101 with a grade of C or better; or instructor approval - must be completed prior to taking this course
10/22/15 - CHRM 2370 - Food Science (p. 269)
Prerequisite should read: (2) CHEM 1010 (or higher) or Research Chef's Association membership; and CHRM 1999 - must be completed prior to taking this course.
