Course Description

This course is a continuation of the algebra-based sequence of college physics. The course is taught as three courses (PHYS 111A, 111B, and 111C) all of which must be successfully completed to transfer as a semester-length course. Topics include light, optics, and select topics in modern physics. Beginning 14/FA, students registering for this course must also register for PHYS 111CL which is the laboratory component of the course.
