Course Description

This course builds upon application skills covered in courses INFO 1001 and INFO 1002 to enhance performance in a support environment. Built on problem-based case learning, students learn the problem resolution process while exploring additional file formats, data structures, and integration between applications. Information Technology Infrastructure Library concepts are also explored. (Formerly Integrated Applications for the Help Desk)
