Course Description

This course prepares students to be part of and lead innovation initiatives in organizations. Students explore concepts of creativity and innovation. Students also learn the importance of innovation to companies, develop ways to navigate resistance to innovation, and create innovative solutions and strategies to actual business challenges. Finally, students complete an innovation project targeted at giving a company a competitive advantage that distinguishes it in the marketplace.
