MATH 1240 and ENGL 1220 at same time - recommended at the same time as this course, but not required.

Course Description

This course is for students who are unfamiliar with modern tools and terminology in the automotive business or want to get a head start in the Automotive Technology Program. Students learn how to use basic tools, service information systems, and automotive terms. Students use vehicle lifts, hoisting equipment, and hand tools in a lab setting. This is a hybrid class format.
